Scott has lived in SE Asia since 1999, when he moved to Thailand to co-found one of the region’s most respected luxury travel companies, Smiling Albino. There he relished in designing life-changing adventures throughout SE Asia and Nepal, before selling out of the business in 2013. Simply put - Scott knows travel in SE Asia.

An avid learner and student of leadership, he was a Fellow in the Asia Pacific Leadership Program the East-West Center in Hawaii. He has also developed multiple community outreach programs and has worked as a Team Building Consultant for such clients as AstraZeneca, BP, HSBC and Tetra Pak, among others.

A journalism graduate, he has authored everything from industry pieces to guide maps, and co-hosts travel podcast Talk Travel Asia. He currently focuses on developing EXO Travel's 870 people across nine countries.
