Richard Rugaya: Co-Founder/Director of Tourism at Gorilla highlands coffee in charge of coffee experience, and Director caldera tourism
Rugaya has been working with Gorilla Highlands coffee since 2016. Richard holds a Degree in Developmental Studies from Makerere University in Uganda as well as a Diploma in Business Studies. He has 10 years of experience in identifying and managing social enterprises with a focus on the empowerment of women and in developing strong communal ties. Rugaya possess several coffee certificates from SCA in sensory, green Bean and Coffee roasting, he has been in coffee value chain for the last 5 Years.
