Rowena has 17 years experience in the snowsport industry, and is owner & director of Matterhorn Diamonds Ski School, a luxury private ski school in Zermatt.
Prior to this she was director at European Snowsport Ski School in Zermatt.
Before this she worked on projects at KPMG, and in Alpheus Solutions both in an operational and client-facing role.
She has a solid background in project management, commercial and financial strategy, human resources and operations management.
She is qualified to the highest level of ski instruction in Switzerland, Austria and Great Britain (BBT, Staatliche, ISTD) and speaks fluent German and French and conversational Italian.
