I like many ended up in the rental world from a completely different background: Int. sales manufacture, service, and management in the biomedical and diagnostic world.

After being a private owner of a small portfolio and it's sale we created an EU JV management company that reached over 900 contracted properties. In parallel launching a fully owned UK management company which was sold in 2016.

Concurrently I co-founded a rental tech company (Rentivo) and crowdfunded the tech development. Latterly I have had the pleasure of representing Stay Alfred in Europe and now in an advisory role also working with a small number of quality management businesses assisting their growth.

I believe that data management, interpretation, partnerships, collaboration, and an intelligent mix of marketing channels are absolutely vital to short term rental success.
