Riccardo is a Fulbright scholar, Mechanical and Industrial Engineer, graduated with Summa cum Laude from New York University and La Sapienza University. His main research focus was Operation Research and Machine Learning applied to airlines and airport operations.

Riccardo has founded 3 businesses and he is currently the founder and CEO at 30SecondsToFly, a startup backed by JetBlue, ElAl and eGlobalfares.
30SecondsToFly's product, Claire, is an A.I. driven solution for TMCs to automate call centers and improve travelers experience. Claire reduces operational costs and increases revenues by introducing a re-inveted chat based booking experience. 30SecondsToFly customers include to date, FCM, Adelman, The Air TravelGroup, GMtour, CTI and WTMC.
