Start working in tourism since 2005. Made incentive tours for students on lake Baikal (Siberia) while i have been student of ISU . After that i moved to Moscow and since 2008 i'm working in Russian travel company. I worked on different positions from sales manager to CEO of tour operator. Since 2009 i start develop new type of tours for Russian market - overland tours (we call this expeditions). We are collaborating with companies such G Adventures, Intrepid, also working with Bark Europa, Sedov, Kruzenshtern etc. Also we are tailoring our own programs in all over the world, mostly for Russian speakers. Part of this programs i'm doing as a tour leader. Each year around 8-12 groups (each tour is continuing 2weeks-1month, and each group from 8 to 16 people, sometimes it can be 20 people, but no more for this programs). My specialization South and East Africa, South America, Oceania, Arctic and Antarctica. I visited all continents and more than 70 countries at present.
