About me

My hotel career started in Boston selling for independent hotel with over one thousand rooms. From there I have rounded out my back ground in NYC, selling for predominant hotel chains; W Hotels, Starwood Hotels/Sheraton Tribecca, IHG, to smaller independent brands, opened the ACE Hotel NY.
My background runs the gamut from –
*Regional Global Sales, Single Property Sales and Multi –unit hotel sales, W Hotels NYC
*Launched the W hotel brand in first year of opening(s).
*Global task force experience in the opening of international and domestic properties; UK & Canada
*Pre-opening hotels in DOSM role with unique non-chain affiliation; ACE Hotel NYC
*Building Brand awareness and exposure for boutique hotels
*Market research and solicitation
*Negotiating and contracting of relationship driven and new business development
*Sales deployment and accountability by exceeding budgets, goals and quota’s, individually and in a team environment.
* Joined the Ann Arbor Convention and Visitor's Bureau i 2014 as Account Director. Represent all of Washtenaw County which encompasses Ypsilanti. Ypsi as commonly referred to is touted as the Brooklyn to Ann Arbor’s Manhattan. Taking advantage of its location just 20 miles West of Detroit and boarding Ann Arbor. “Ypsi” is a funky town with a funny name, a destination with a wealth of history. Currently experiencing rebirth, gentrification and growth similar to that of Detroit. With a burgeoning arts scene with a new sense of purpose, impromptu works of art charge the atmosphere with creativity.
The Ann Arbor area is the state’s rare jewel: a small, friendly town with big-city sophistication; a world-class educational and high-tech research center nestled in a quintessential college town; a close-knit community of charming neighborhoods with a rich mix of cultures.
