Hi! My name is Martine, and I'm a travel photographer and blogger whose mission in life is to capture and show off genuinely beautiful places. I love architecture, nature and places with a lot of culture and history. I'm a keen hiker, art lover, tea drinker and mad cat lady, and I like to include all these passions in my writing and photography.

I'm also in the process of setting up a YouTube channel that will focus on the same things I focus on in my photos and blog posts. I have about ninety videos' worth of material waiting to be edited and uploaded, and I hope to get around to doing so soon.

When I'm not busy travelling and taking photos, I'm a translator and proofreader. I'm also a former journalist. In other words, I'm good with words as well as images. I'm also multi-lingual, which comes in handy when travelling.
