Having an illustrious 26-year career as an International Hotelier, my professional journey commenced humbly in Brisbane, Australia, in 1999, where I began as a kitchen steward. Since then, have charted a remarkable trajectory across the globe, contributing to the success of iconic 5- and 4-star luxury city and resort hotels in destinations such as Australia, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bermuda, Thailand & Vietnam.

The Iconic Sofitel Saigon Plaza, is where I grew from EAM to General Manager over six years. During my tenure, I spearheaded the reinvention of the hotel’s lifestyle offerings during and post-COVID-19, repositioning the property with innovative concepts that resonated with the evolving needs of both local and international guests. This included introducing groundbreaking experiences and redefining the hotel's identity, ensuring its relevance and appeal in a competitive market.
In alignment with my commitment to diversity and inclusion, I proudly signed the Women’s Pledge for Vietnam’s Gender Diversity, affirming my dedication to fostering equitable opportunities in the workplace and beyond. My leadership extends into mentorship and knowledge-sharing, having featured as a guest speaker and mentor for RMIT Vietnam students, where I shared industry insights and inspired the next generation of hospitality leaders.
