I have dedicated my life in enhancing the physical, mental, spiritual and life of others. Found much inspiration in my athletic and coaching carriers, not to forget the connections I made through sciences, medicine, psychology, and various business entrepreneurships I made over the years.

Definitively have a weird sense of humor and a language problem that brings smiles on people' face. I often don't realize why, until someone explain my little tongue twister!
