I am the owner and founder of Italy Beyond the Obvious, where we have been creating custom Italy vacations for independent travelers for over a decade. I am originally Canadian, and lived in Italy for 5 years. I also lived in Stockholm for a couple of years, as well as New York, Boston, and Chicago. I now live in California with my British-Indian husband and our two children.
