Lyn, born in Malaysia, educated in Canada, and currently based in Thailand, boasts an illustrious career spanning nearly three decades in a top global bank, with the last posting being in Bangkok, overseeing 5 countries. She is currently an advisor to a couple of family businesses (with exposure to hospitality) and in 2020 set up a fintech that has services that are focused on those in the underserved communities.

In 2012, Bloomberg recognized her as the International CEO of the Year in Thailand for leading a prominent financial institution for her role as the Global Ambassador for Living with HIV and also as a member of the Global Diversity and Inclusion council. In 2024, she was awarded Asia Woman Leader by the World Women Leadership Congress and in January 2026, she received the "Iconic Woman Achiever of the Year" recognition at the Asian Business Leader of the Year Awards. She is also currently Co Chair of Economic & Digital economy at AMCHAM Thailand.
