I’m Luis Marcelo Novo, an entrepreneur, consultant, and creator focused on human development, innovation, and regenerative systems. I studied International Business and Marketing at St. Edward’s University and earned a Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism in Barcelona, while living, travelling, and learning across more than 50 countries. I founded Match Ideas to develop programmes and systems that help people and organisations turn ideas into meaningful projects, and I’m a partner at El Refugio de Sayulita, a regenerative space integrating wellbeing, community, sustainability, and personal development. I’m currently developing Keepers and exploring how AI, automation, and regenerative business models can help build more connected, efficient, and sustainable communities.
