German-American travel creator, writer, and founder of Linda Goes East, a Korea-focused travel blog helping international travelers plan meaningful trips beyond the usual tourist checklist. Based in South Korea since 2015, I create practical destination guides, hotel reviews, itineraries, SEO travel content, photography, and social media campaigns for travelers interested in Korea and Asia. In 2026, I was selected as one of the English travel blog editors for Visit Seoul.

Q&AI joined Travel Massive to connect with tourism boards, travel brands, hotels, creators, and industry professionals who are interested in meaningful travel storytelling, destination marketing, and authentic Korea/Asia travel content.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Q&ASouth Korea will always be one of my favorite destinations because even after living here since 2015, I still keep discovering new neighborhoods, regional foods, cultural experiences, cafés, festivals, temples, museums, and hidden gems. It’s a destination that constantly rewards curiosity.
Where do you dream of traveling to?
Q&AI’d love to explore more of Central Asia, especially Uzbekistan, for its Silk Road history, architecture, markets, food, and cultural mix. I’m also always drawn to destinations with strong local identity, beautiful historic places, and layered cultural stories.
What was your first travel job?
Q&AMy first major step into travel and life abroad was an internship in Guangzhou, China, followed by teaching and working internationally. Those experiences shaped my love for cross-cultural storytelling and eventually led me to create Linda Goes East, where I now share travel content focused on Korea and Asia.
What do you want to learn more about?
Q&AI’d love to learn more about destination marketing, creator-brand partnerships, sustainable tourism campaigns, travel tech, affiliate strategy, and how creators can build long-term value for both travelers and tourism partners through useful, trustworthy content.
Three words that describe why we should travel?
Q&ACuriosity, connection, perspective.
