I'm a fourth generation Seattleite who lived in Alaska for 7 years. I have a strong sense of place in the Pacific Northwest and love to share it with others. For 20 years I've worked between tourism and education in Washington and Alaska and three years ago started my blog to help connect others to low key outdoor adventure and travel in Alaska, British Columbia and Washington. The blog brings my education and tourism experience together with my love of this part of the world.
