I’m the founder of Elements of Food, a culinary tour and workshop company operating in Berlin since 2015 and in Milan since 2023.
We design in-depth food tours that explore local producers, migration stories, and the social history behind everyday cuisine. Our work focuses on connecting gastronomy with culture, politics, and urban development rather than simply “tasting stops.”
In Berlin, I guide private and press tours and collaborate with VisitBerlin on media and content creator programs. I also serve as a board member of the Berlin Guides Association (BBS), working on institutional cooperation and destination development.
Our tours have been featured in Condé Nast Traveller India, Berliner Zeitung, Tagesspiegel and other international media.
Background: I have been living in Berlin since 2011 and previously lived and studied in Milan, which now shapes our cross-city perspective.
