I am a story teller.... my story has a long tradition and it’s connected with the gastronomical culture of Thessaloniki.
I was born and raised in Kalamariá , a small part of Thessaloniki that the Minor Asia refugees where located after Smyrna . My great grandfather started our family restaurant in this secluded part of Thermaikos golf.
I am one of the 4th generation of descendants that still tells the family story through food .
