Born from an idea I envisioned, Joaia’s mission is simple yet ambitious: to make every journey as personal, immersive, and unforgettable as it should be.

I began my career at Doit and Garden in Migros, working my way up to become Head of CRM and Sales Management at APG|SGA, a leading public company in the Swiss advertising industry. Inspired to create something entirely new, I stepped out of my comfort zone to found Joaia, combining my passion for innovation and travel. My Executive MBA in Customer Experience Management fuels my vision to craft innovative, user-centric solutions that resonate with modern travelers.
