I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I'm currently working on becoming a lawyer and law professor. I have BBA in Accounting and Human Resources and Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. I also have a Masters in Law (LLM) from the University of California- Berkeley. Next year I'll start my Doctorate in Judicial Science at Indiana University. In my free time I'm a food blogger but with a twist, I have food allergies. My blog is called Culinary Road Trips Puerto Rico. Its purpose is to promote the island as a gluten free friendly destination. It's the food blog for people with food allergies who love to eat and travel. I write restaurant and event reviews, recipes, lifestyle tips, road trips, promote local products and more.
