After over thirty years in the hotel industry, I recently joined a start-up company called close the gap. We help hotels generate incremental revenue by sending special offers to their registered guests and local customers via text messages. Most recently, I was the Sr. VP of Sales for Preferred Hotel Group for 10 years. Prior to that, I worked for KSL at both The Del and La Costa Resort and Spa.
