Mrs Charity Machai Chewe has been in the Tourism and Travel Industry for over Twenty-two (22) years of experience. I am an active Director in the day to day operations, She is married with three sons, She holds a Certificate in Business Studies and a Diploma in Tourism.

Currently running own Business – Winning Travel & Tours Zambia
She joined UTc in July 1996 as a Company Secretary and rose over the years to being Branch Manager in 2005, Sales & Marketing and Executive Director in April 2009.
She was the critical factor on the ground, ensuring that the sales agency and the provision of the tour services were carried out meticulously and efficiently.
Charity has a detailed knowledge of and contacts with all top Hotels, Safaris Lodge, medium / budget hotels and various sites. She handles FITs, Families, Groups, Incentives and Conferences throughout the Country and within the region including Europe.
Charity has therefore the necessary know how to facilitate travelers comfort by planning and booking trips as well as arrange tours to any destination in Southern Africa. Charity expertly carried out the company’s reputation. In addition she assisted in the execution of duties in the Managing director’s office.

Marketing
Selling is my life and this has made our Company to be on the World Map. I can interact with any clientele as I have been exposed to International Standards. I have the experience and been trained in the CBI Training EXPO 83-Tourism 2009, training for exporters on Marketing and Management of exports to the EU-markets. This training is organized by the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries, an agency of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the responsibility of the Minister for Development Co-operation.
