I stumbled into the tourism industry in 2004 with an 18-month tour leading gig. And I was hooked. After years working around Southeast Asia, I finally found a 'home' in Mandalay, Myanmar. Along with my good friend (and tour guide extraordinare) we set up Myanmar Pure to offer trips the way that we like to travel- a bit of adventure, a good dose of culinary discovery and plenty of time spent rubbing shoulders with the locals.
