I've been involved in the tourism industry for over 30 years, having worked in domestic and international destination marketing and media communications with leading tourism organisations in Tasmania, Queensland and the Northern Territory, as well as for a range of international clients.

Since 2000, I've operated a consultancy providing tourism media, marketing and PR services, with a specialisation in business tourism sector projects. I'm a freelance writer and my feature stories have appeared in tourism publications in Australia, New Zealand and Asia - I'm also a regular travel columnist for a Brisbane-based monthly community publication, "My Village News". I've presented at conferences and seminars in Australia and overseas and currently work with a range of destination and product clients on strategic marketing and communication projects.
