I am a Tourism, Service and Hospitality professional with over 20yrs Africa tour operating experience; I landed on tourism purely by chance, but we fitted like a hand and glove. Living and working in all the East African countries and acting across the continent has given me a unique perspective on Africa; I have learned to love and deeply appreciate her unique and diverse tourism attractions from the flora, fauna and topography to unique peoples and cultures. I can honestly say “I experienced Africa, and fell in love”. I am a people person and service is my passion. My desire is to be part of a challenging and committed organization where the customer not only feels needed, welcomed and fully assisted but where too their expectations are not only met but by far exceeded. I love and enjoy the thrill of happy customers, as well as the pleasure of being intellectually challenged in the process.
