I’m Alexx, a life long lover of great experiences - both personally enjoying them, as well as professionally assessing and creating them across travel, hospitality, retail and brand for 30 years now. I started out in Travel Retail luxury LVMH, moved into Hospitality running taking pubs and bars to the next level, and have had a consultancy for 19 years in Experience Design. We specialise in Experience Assessment (our forensic approach to the 'Mystery Shop') and Training/L&D to address gaps at the guest experience and revenue intersection so it's "perfecting the offering", not "extracting the maximum".

Personally, I'm an absolute nutter for tennis both as a player and spectator, my husband, son and I adore food, drinks experiences, travel and family time and we have a giant Golden rescued Retriever called Bud who's 90% couch potato cuddle bear, 5% klepto and 5% psycho bird + rat hunter! I'm also passionate about environmental toxin exposures in our modern world, chronic health issues that stem from the built environment (mould/VOCs etc) having been made sick by this. So I have an 'accidental' second business in that space, @lowtoxlife. We live in inner Sydney but having French and Mauritian family we feel the pull to visit as often as we can - and I ALWAYS go the long way round anywhere, via NYC!
