About me

I work in two circles; the imaginary world of animation, and the real world of expedition photography in Antarctica and around the world. Both contribute to my well-roundedness as a content creator possessing strong technical proficiencies allowing me the ability to cross over within my profession of animation with a large toolbox of software knowledge and hands on abilities.

Award-winning, idea driven, and leadership are at my core. Creative within animation branding complements my days in 2D and 3D production, encompassing a wide range of skills from technical direction, project and brand development, and working alongside marketing, licensing, and branding creative.

Animation highlights, DreamWorks Prince of Egypt & Road to Eldorado, Disney's Goofy Movie, National Film Board of Canada and numerous series with Nelvana Studios

Launching the Photographer in Residence Program for G Adventures in 2012 on board their ship was a professional high point as an award-winning photographer. After more than twenty expeditions to Antarctica, the Arctic, the coasts of West Africa and South America, I return to Antarctica as a member of the Expedition Team to mentor as well as provide photographic education. The program is now in its 12th season.

Photography highlights include: Official Antarctic Postage Stamp issued by IAATO and the British Commonwealth Office. Grand Prize CONTACT 2006 for Best Photograph, and numerous juried shows throughout Toronto and Los Angeles.
