Charles McCool shows travelers how to increase travel HAPPINESS and reduce stress on every trip. For over twenty years, I have analyzed trip planning methods and strategies, and, in turn, encourage and empower HAPPY TRAVELERS through social media, articles, book, classes, and talks.

My travels have covered all 50 states in the USA, several dozen countries, and five continents. In fact, I once traveled to four continents without paying a dime—read about it in 4 Continent Free Flight Adventure [ www.mccooltravel.com/about_charles_mccool/free_flights/ ]. Perhaps that contributed to me being covered as the World's Smartest Traveler [ www.huffingtonpost.com/christopher-elliott/cool-travel-advice-take-t_b_4508876.html ].

  • My "hack" (as you say, Ian, making #travel better and easier) right now is to skip flying when possible and drive instead. For the past two years, road trips have been about 90% of my travel. Compared to probably 10% the five years before that.
